It was nice meeting you Ken, sorry was rushing off last night. Next time stay for dinner, it is the best way to meet more runners. Don't worry about slow or fast, just keep running regularly for good health to start with. Improvement in diffferent way ( speed, body weight etc) will get one excited.

I thought I wouldn't be able to catch up with regular running that day ... so I was like thinking of running alone. But then I found out there were still whole bunch runners ... After I finished one lap and talked to Lina for a few minutes, I saw you bidding hello to Lina, who later told me you were the "active member." I was like .. "Man ... I gotta pay my homage to solid runners!" So I said hello ... Hope I didn't repulse, though ... ^^||
Don't worry about how to catch up with us. As a beginner, just work it up and enjoy the exercise. Soon, you will run like a pro before you realize it. We were there before not too long ago.

Haha, Lina herself is also very active, so very good you have met two active diehard already. Suesu was there too, looked like you have missed her, she is another diehard runner from your hometown.
