    欢迎你加入一起跑，不用担心，我也喜欢跑步、我也跑不快的，我也是刚完成半程马拉松，成绩2小时13分，一般我们都能轻松地跑10KM，这也是我们大多数人周末的跑步距离，我们俱乐部有提高跑步技能的课程，但不在我们将要约跑的地方。

Welcome to join us! Do not worry abt the speed and distance as I'm also a half marathon runner who just finished it with the record of 2hrs 13mins. Most of us can run abt 10 kilometers with easiness. It is the normal distance we are going to run over the weekend. We also have training sessions abt improving the skills but it's on Sunday in another place.
Running Time：1pm-3pm, this Saturday, Dec. 15th, 2012
We shall run along the roads within Binjiang area in Xuhui district
Gather-up time：12:45pm
Meeting place：No. 3 exit, Da Pu Rd of metro line 4. A map was attached in the first page.
Place to store our bags：Storage place in the supermarket on Binjiang Rd, which is quite a safe place
Notes: You can run however long you like. There is free hot water in Nanyuan Park nearby and if it is raining that day, we shall call it off without notice. I could be reached at: 15900817008.
