Tonight program:
Warm up 2 laps jogging, stretch 5 minutes, jog 3 laps, further stretch 5 minutes
A) 6 to 8 X 400 meter at 1:25 each rest 1 minute
rest for 5 minutes
B) 6 X 200 meters 38 sec jogg for 200 meter
cool down jog 3- 4 laps
Stretch 5 - 10 minutes
Noddles treat
