For beginner, it is better to run just 3 ~ 4 days per week.
Don't run everyday, take a day off, especially when you feel tired.
It is very important to listen to your body to avoid injury.

HI, Mr Mei and Henry, thanks for the suggestion .
Mr Mei , you are right . I think my stomache was caused by the full stommie. So I will run after 2hours of eating. and Yesterday , I didn't run but tonight I will. BTW, there is a Jazz concert in the park. Does anyone go to see it tonight?

Sorry was away to participate in a much bigger party - the Beijing marathon.   So missed the jazz concert.

How was the Bejing marathon?
I didn't go to the concert,either. But seemed not a bad one. A lot of people went there. From the window of my living room , I could see the concert, but not very clearly.But a lot of "noise" during the 4days of the concert, daytime and night.......That reminds me when we lived in Hongkou District, beside the park, not far from the Hongkong Stadium. very oftenly, we could heard the performances, concerts, and the football matches.hehe....

Haha, seemed that you always choose to live  near places with free entertainment !!!

This year Beijing marathon is very good. We were blessed with perfect weather, cool and overcasted. In fact a bit cold toward the middle part. The route is very nice, plenty of water and sport drink ( gatorade), many cheerful spectators, the organisation is very good and efficient. I really enjoy the atmosphere. It is definitely a good reason to return next year.

Hey, I didn't now the concert lasted for 4 days. On our regular training last Saturday, we passed the place where concert goers and street vendors gathered on the sidewalk. It was not a very good day for running because we have to dodge here and there. I quit after running 2 rounds. It was a party day, not a running day.

To Mei: Yes, happened to live just beside the parks. a lot of free entertainments, but you know free is good, but without good quality,haha .and for your experience of BJ, really nice....admiring......

To Sue: the concerts lasted only two days. but the other two days: one for the preparation and the other for transportation all the stuffs. So totally 4 days. And that's true. a good day for entertainment, but not for running.
