Sunday long run[Shanghai]

Crazyinter and myself will go for a 30 k run around century park ( Clockwise direction）this sunday starting 6 am sharp to avoid the heat.
We will meet at gate 2. Our pace  will be around 5 min per km in the beginning ( and hope till the end too!!!). So we expect to finish by 8:30am.

Bring your own water/sport drink as may be too early to buy water at that time. As we don't expect any volunteer, there will be nobody to watch your bag.

Of-course you can choose to run more or  run less and at your own pace. We  can start together or if you are late you can wait or run reverse direction to meet us.

Rain or no rain the running will go ahead unless it is a thunderstorm!!!

First I am no super man, if I am I don't need to train !
2ndly, if you live far away I can understand but if you live close by try to wake up early to enjoy the fresh morning air. I am also lazy and definitely cannot wake up if there is no other running together with me specialy on a Sunday!!

Hope you are better now Suesu, I was wondering why you were not interested.
Yes, me. Crazyinter, Chris, Little tiger turned up. It was really warm and humid and me and Crazy inter managed to finish 30 k ( with rest every 10 k or so), while Chris did her longest run ever around century park (3 rounds). Little tiger did more or less 20 km.

Unfortuantely I will be out of town from tomorrow night until monday. So I will do my long run in HK next sunday morning. May be you can organise one with Crazyinter and little tiger. I am sure they would welcome another  torture haha!

that is my best grade--400m every two minutes,and with the max length of 10km.

maybe in my  dream  ....
