Hi,everyone, I have already dived in this bbs for a long time.Too shy to come up to say a word. Here, a lot of "Gaozhou" and I am just like a kingdergarten kid.

Hi Jade,

Congratulation for making two break through in a day! We are all ordinary people trying to do a bit of excercises and having a bit of fun. So come and join us for a run or a chat at Century Park tonight at 7 pm  or saturday 4.30 pm at gate 7.  These are our regular meeting time.

Good on you. Keep it up but be careful not to do too much all in a sudden. In the beginning don't worry about the distance or speed, just keep runnning for a certain time say 20 to 30 minutes every 2nd day or less if everyday.  Your stamina will bulid up after 2 to 3 months, than you can either increase the time or speed a bit.

yesterday i ran again, but too tied and had a stomache all the way, so only ran about 1/3 of the tour. maybe i should take a break for one or two days?

Well seemed you are very consistent, stomache may be due to running with a full stommie. You need at least one hour after eating. If the speed is fast at least 2 hours.
If your leg feel tired take a rest day or run slower. It also help the muscle to relax if you do some stretching after running.
